“El Drago” restaurant
The main restaurant is spacious and light offering an exquisite and varied breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The hotel chefs also do show cooking at mealtimes, ranging from fresh pasta to delicious specialities from the grill. The Chef always adds a personal touch to the meals by fusing modern and traditional flavours and aromas to every dish. We would respectfully request that gentlemen must respect the Night Dress Code, short trousers are forbidden.

Located on an island in the centre of the pools, ‘El Bohio’ offers a wide range of salads, snacks and sandwiches along with drinks, refreshments, juices, ice creams and fruit.

Piano “BAR SALON”
With direct access to the terrace and views over the pools, Bar Salon serves teas and coffees in a relaxed atmosphere. Alternatively guests can enjoy a tasty cocktail while listening to live piano music - the perfect place for an after-dinner drink and a professional show.

Themed evenings
Each week Hotel La Siesta hosts themed evenings in the hotel to showcase the cuisine of different cultures and nationalities. Some of the evenings take place in the hotel gardens under the pergola. This beautiful setting is the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful evening where the roof is the moon, the views are of the pools and the menu of the day is exquisite food. On the Canarian evening, guests can enjoy typical Canarian dishes, such as Canarian potatoes with mojo picon, rockfish a la canaria and flambé banana. Or on the Italian evening guests are treated to a wide selection of risottos, penne pasta a la matriciana and tiramisu. Or as a beach holiday isn’t complete without a barbeque, Hotel la Siesta offers a unique barbeque evening with a wide range of superb barbequed meat and a magnificent show.
